Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy for seo.rs, the personal consultancy of Slobodan “Laza” Lazic, Technical SEO consultant based in Belgrade, Serbia.
Short version: I collect as little as possible, I don’t sell anything, and I don’t share your data with anyone except the services listed below that are necessary to run the site.

What data I collect and why
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) via Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are visited, how long people stay, where traffic comes from. This data is anonymous and aggregated. No personal information is collected through analytics.

Contact form
When you submit the contact form, I receive your name, email address, and message. I use this information only to respond to your enquiry. I don’t add you to any mailing list, and I don’t share your details with anyone.
Form submissions are processed via WPForms and stored temporarily in the WordPress database. I delete them once the conversation is concluded.
If you email me directly at laza@seo.rs, I receive and store that email. Same rules apply — used only to respond, not shared, not stored beyond what’s necessary.
Cloudflare
This site runs behind Cloudflare, which handles DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process your IP address and request data as part of its service.

Cloudflare Turnstile
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. This is a privacy-friendly alternative to CAPTCHA — it does not track you or set advertising cookies.
Cookies
Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) — anonymous analytics, expires after 2 years.
WordPress (_wordpress_*, wp-settings-*) — only set if you log in to the site. You won’t see these as a regular visitor.
No advertising cookies. No tracking pixels. No third-party marketing tools.
Data sharing
I do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:
Google — analytics data, anonymous and aggregated.
Cloudflare — infrastructure, IP/request data as described above.
WPForms — contact form processor, data stays on this server.
That’s it.
Data retention
Contact form submissions: deleted after the conversation is concluded, typically within 90 days.
Analytics data: retained per Google’s default retention settings (14 months).
Email correspondence: retained as long as reasonably necessary for business purposes.
Your rights
If you’ve contacted me and want to know what data I hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted — just email me at laza@seo.rs and I’ll sort it out. No forms, no bureaucracy.
